We provide a variety of estate planning and probate services, including representing clients in trust and estate litigation. We counsel with families and prepare routine but necessary estate planning documents such as wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney and powers of attorney for healthcare. For wealthier clients, we work with them to prepare wills and trusts which make use of statutory provisions to minimize the impact of estate taxes on large estates. Pennsylvania and New Jersey have adopted the Uniform Probate Code so that the probate administration of estates has been simplified. We regularly represent clients in estate administration and out of state clients who need to clear title to Pennsylvania and New Jersey property held in the estates of non-resident decedents. The Firm’s attorneys also handle litigation involving trusts and estates as well as litigation and other disputes concerning guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
